Welcome
to the Beaches Worship Centre at Waverley Rd. Baptist Church. We have come together from diverse cultures, generations and backgrounds to celebrate the Living God. We hope you will find our community to be a place where you can belong, believe and become. If we can encourage you on your journey in any way, please let us know.
Our Church is a Bible-based, Jesus centred, Spirit-filled, and missions minded church. Our motto is: "a caring family, a community church." Thanks for considering us.
A Place of Worship
We are a welcoming and diverse group of believers who love our Lord Jesus Christ. In addition to English, you will find here native speakers of French, Burmese, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), Dutch, Nigerian, Greek, Philippine and Spanish. The age groups are also varied from children, to teenagers, young adults and seniors. Our many ministries organize different activities that attract and bless all of our members and visitors.
Services
We meet for our main service Sunday morning at 9:45. At 11 am our Worship Service, and at 6 pm our evening meeting.
The mid-week Service and Kid’s Club on Wednesday at 7 pm. Further details on our service schedule are available here.
Directions
We are located at: 129 Waverley Road, in the Beaches neighbourhood, four streets east of Woodbine avenue only 60 meters north of Queen St. East in Toronto. We have two parking lots close by and provisions for easy accessibility to our building. More details can be found in this page.
